Kerry Young is one of the three doctors at Rutherford Veterinary Hospital. She has been working here for 1 1/2 years. Kerry previously worked at a hospital in Texas City, just south of Houston. Dr. Young graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Iowa State University in May 2002. She received her Master of Science Degree in Veterinary Parasitology from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University in August 1998. Dr. Young also received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. Dr. Young enjoys reading, working in her garden and spending time with her two cats, Chance and Rowdy.
